Why This Test Was Performed:

We kept hearing that when someone was hired to work for them, it became very apparent that for some unknown reason many job applicants do not tell the entire truth on their resume' and in an interview.

They said they could do the job

• Both Written (on their resume') and Orally (in the interview)

  And They Could Not Get The Job Done!

So...........Whats the Problem?

These Companies & Organizations were spending numerous hours and funds training these newly hired individuals and then finding out the new hire did not really know or was not capable of learning what needed to be done for the job. Yes, if the company/org was willing to spend there time and money training the new hire (on training normally not performed for the job) but their resume' and interview explicitly focused on these tasks.
